A Swiss brand wanted to sell in new countries across several continents while keeping its team and overhead small.

Each market needed its own shop with local currency, language, and compliance, but the team wanted to run everything from one place.

When new rules allowed earning credits online, nobody in the field offered it yet.

We worked out the concept, the technical setup, and the feasibility, and won the association's approval.
