Software only pays off when it brings in money or saves time. Before we talk about tools or architecture, we look at how you earn money and where your team loses time. Sometimes the answer is a new product. Often, it's automating manual work or connecting the systems you already pay for.
Consultants hand you a slide deck and leave before the hard part starts. Dev shops build whatever is in your brief without asking whether it pays back. We build what we recommend. We know where AI pays off, and when a simpler fix does the job, we say so before you spend the budget.
What we won't do.
We don't build theatre for a board meeting or launch an AI pilot just so it can sit in an annual report. And we don't stretch a three-month job into a two-year retainer. If a project won't help your customers or your bottom line, we'll tell you to keep your money.
Who you deal with.
When we take on a project, you talk directly to the people who design the system and write the code. There are no account managers and no handoffs. We don't hand over a plan or a prototype and disappear. We see the work through until your team uses it every day.
Alongside our client work, we've built and run companies and products of our own. We know what it takes to sell a product and make payroll, so we treat your budget and your risk like our own.
